Kari Herer's botanical photos look much more expensive than they are. (Which is solidly in the Etsy, super-reasonable, homespun, direct-from-artist category.) They'd make any room instantly more sleek and glamorous. (Extra credit if you hang a bunch of them in a grid.) Her work is stunning in black and white:
She's also great with color. I especially like the extreme closeups:
