RP is definitely more of the chef in our house. But I picked up this cookbook last night at Charlie's school book fair; I'd read about the Israeli/Italian/British chef Yotam Ottolenghi in the Times and was curious to check out his take on vegetarian food. (I admit I love to eat meat but, I'd also love to eat less of it.) Plenty is beautifully photographed and totally inspiring: unusual ideas and flavor combinations, with fairly simple execution and accessible ingredients—I'm buying quinoa this afternoon.
